It should be the equivalent of ET7. ET13 - 6, if it works like that...

offset means the distance the car hub is from the centerline of the wheel.

so if you had an 8 " wide wheel with a 0 ET then you would have 4 inchs of dish, eg the distance from the flat back of the wheel is exactly 4 inchs to the front.

If you have a really high offset et 45 for example on and 8 inch wheel then your only really gonna get 2" of wheel from the hubface and the rest will be towards the strut.

the ET is the number of mm the wheel mounting face is from the center line.

The lower the ET number the bigger your wheels will poke out and look mean :)

im running 10j wheels with 7" of dish this eqautes to a ET -50.7 and i have epic amounts of poke!

Indeed you are right.

ET 13 means that the center of the wheel is 13 mm out of the midle, pointed towards the front of the wheel.

So if you use a 6mm spacer the wheel comes out 6mm. You may see it like the center of the wheel is placed 13-6=7mm out of the midle.

Right then, coz of my brake upgrade i had to put a 6mm spacer on the fronts to clear the calipers, im running original 6" alpinas so that means im now running an ET of 7.
Knowing this if i was to change my wheels for say a 16" what would be the largest lip not to foul the arches & widest width clearing the track rod ends.
I spoke to Gutti of Retro Rims in Germany & he said if i was to BBSrs i could 16x8 et18 with a 2" dish at the front & a 16x9 et15 with a 2.5 dish at the rear..this was before my upgrade.. SO how does my setup change what would be the new ET required..... HELP
