bmw 320i baur

hey guys i'm new here.
i've bought 1 week ago a bmw 320i baur from 1981 with 174.000 km's

now is my question can someone provide me a picture of a 320i onder the bonnet?

cus there somethign not right with the airfilter

and i think the transistor it makes a zooming sound when contact turned on

and another big problem when i start my car i hear metal punching metal the higher the rev the faster the punches.

plz help me =)
