calipers

323i BMW rears. They have (ate) (12R) and (33) stamped on them, how do i tell what date they are though. Pre or post 1979?

I need to do this so i can order parts to refurb them.

Hi,

Just measure the piston, is the piston 29mm then its pre 1979 and if its 33mm then its post -79.. But as I can see on the stamps u have probably the 33mm....//Kostas
