Speaker wiring

I have decided to use the stock speaker wiring which connects through the fader control. Has anyone ever connected a new headunit like this. There are four wires feeding into the fader control (two are blue and two are yellow) - to this I have 4 +ve and 4 -ve wires coming from head unit.

Not sure how this all connects, but would prefer not to have to feed speaker wires from head unit to speakers...

Grateful for assistance.
