Car won't start?

Tried to start the car after three weeks standing and it wouldn't start. The battery is good and its turning over fine but it just wont fire up.
I gave it a service, changed the plugs and fitted a performance filter the other week and it was running fine, my first thought was either blocked fuel pipe or pump, although what do i know.
Any thoughts and what else to check before i summon a pro?

After an starting attempt, get a starterplug out en look whether it is wet or not. When it is not wet, there is no fuel getting in the cilinder. When it is wet, there is no spark.

Just outside Newbury, gonna have a tinker tomorrow n double check the fuel situation as the needle does have a habit of lying at times, don`t want to look like an arse!

I did have a tinker the other day n checked the plugs and i think its a spark problem.
