Small E3 Parts in Holland

Post by arshad76 »

I'm trying to source some parts for my E3. Need a power steering rack (or even the whole thing), and a left electric mirror.

Found a guy on Marktplaats is selling them for €30 each, so I am happy to buy two for €50 if possible! He won't send it to the U.K though.

If I transferred over the money on paypal, plus the postage plus something extra for the trouble, could any dutch members help out?

Thanks in advance

I Think you first must find out where in the netherlands this person lives so we have an idea who is living the closest to him/her.

Give me your details and I will pick it up for you and sent it to you.
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

My experience is that most of the sellers on marktplaats want to have the items collected instead of posted.

That way you know for sure that the items are sold. As 323baur already stated that's the only way you are certain that the parts are for you.

Thanks Jeroen, I didn't realize dutch folk don't like to ship out that much. I guess it's the same with E21 chrome bumpers going to the US :-)

I think I must really. Someone on the forum said a sign of a true enthusiast would be someone's hi attends meets no I'm ashamed to say I haven't even been to one. So yes, I will look to change that - just need to get my car in a fit state :cheers

Hey, My name is on this board? No point doing it for you! Was an easy thing.
