Licence plate lights
I don't seem to have any power to either lamp but all the fuses are ok. Do they get power from another source?

Re: Licence plate lights
I've had a test light on the feed.
One light was working so thought I may as well change both bulbs & now neither works
I've cleaned up the contact strips to the power & earth but they still look rough. New units are only £8 a shot from BMW although I was considering drilling the housing & putting an led light in. Oem look, better light, half the price etc.
I'm assuming a feed is taken off the rear light circuit somewhere. I think I need to empty the boot for a proper look.
