Do you mean exhaust manifold? If so, it's very unlikely it'll fit.

I think the E30 M10 manifold has oval shaped ports (the injection models anyway) but the M10 head used in the E21 (carb) has smaller, circular ports. It may 'fit' but the ports won't match and you'll probably end up having gasket trouble.
