Spark plugs/ tyres etc

Heey guys, I just had the wishbones changed and the mechanic told me I would need to do the tow-in/wheel balancing. When I took them to the guy he said that I should change the tires first and then return. So my question is:

What tyres did the E21 320 (6cyl) originally com out with? (my wheels are common steel wheels like this) http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?mod ... g=36&fg=10


Also, I wanted to change spark plugs, what plugs does the BMW originally use?
