I know its a silly question on the face of it but....
My car has been heavily modified and the lock in the rear panel has been removed and smoothed over.
The boot is closed on the latch, is there another release mechanism?
How do I open the boot?

Re: How do I open the boot?
No unless whoever deleted the original replaced it with an electric one or something?
Re: How do I open the boot?
I knew this would be the case!
There is no obvious release mechanism! I think I'm going to have to perform surgery on the rear panel!

Re: How do I open the boot?
The lock was 315mm from edge of light lense and 50mm down, from top edge of rear panel. Hopefully it'll just be filler you drill through?

Take back seat out. Look for wires.
