Hmmm BMW had a new production made of the LHD version in May this year so this is available again, but the RHD version still lists as NLA indeed. However, you can have your dealer submit an information request in Germany, if a RHD production is planned for the near future as well. But as with most parts that are being produced again, the price will go up dramatically. Price for LHD was 57 Euros, now 139 according to the BMW Classic website and I heard a dealer charged 158 Euros recently. Many parts prices at BMW are going through the roof lately!

I sacked off the sound deadening and doubled up the interior side. they were available at one point they have ran out, anyone who has replaced it recently has used something universal I believe

Whilst changing gearbox I noticed my sound deadening on the bulkhead has disintegrated. Not much left of it.

Is it at all possible to replace/fit new with the engine anfåd gearbox in situ?

Also, the exhaust shield is missing and I cant find it on etk.cc can anyone help me with a pic or link?

Well not really. You can only really be effective when the engine is out. That deadening is like a horrible tar based thing you can't bend it.

Ok, thanks. Engine is planned to come out at some point, so will just cover the open area with some protective gue.

Hiw about the exhaust heat shield? Anyone know about that. Mine is missing so have no idea what it should look like..

Yes, M10

Can't find that heatshield on etk... Bought some heat shield material that I'm planning to wrap around the exhaust were it comes up to the manifold.

You knowni feel bad for telling you but I have chucked them away before lol.

You could get the manifold ceramic coated costs more but it's way more effective then wrap and looks way more pretty.
