Re: swap 320/6 crankshaft 324td ( eta) for 324/6
I think it's a lot of effort to gain a little in horsepower and torque.
Getting custom made pistons and a diesel or eta crank don't come cheap.
The Solex 4A1 is a pain in the !@#$! already, so don't expect much more from it.
i' think you'll get better results by swapping the 320/6 head and carburettor for a E30-M20 head with all the motronic ancillaries, and its for shure a lot cheaper and more economic.
or go this route:viewtopic.php?f=3&t=21955#p231391

buy the 2.7 eta intake manifold with motronic and some chinabay exhaust headers, thats the most you can do with the B20 engine.

Please give us some more details on what you're trying to achieve. Max gain while retaining the original engine block, or perhaps even the entire engine? Or a cheap solution for more power, or just more mid range torque perhaps? There are many, many options.

I want to improve my m20b20 block carburateur.1) at first it would be to spend a 2,4l eta by the crankshaft with 81mm stroke. I will also use the links forged 130mm and original 2.3L 80mm piston diameter of 2.1mm resize to reach the block plan pmp. I do not want to block bore. I want a power gain and couples. this change is very rare in France. I'm looking for people that have made this change.
