Weber dgas 38 vacuum pipes

Post by Mucka »

Hi

Just wondering if any one can confirm where the vacuum pipes from the Weber dgas connect to?

The carb has 3 outlets for vacuum but the dizzy only has 2.

On the dizzy which is the advance the front one and the rear is the retard?

Thanks

On the dizzy, the retard hose (originally a white hose) is the one closest to the distributor body and the advance (originally a black hose) is on the outside.

When the engine is warm and running, pinch off the air hose that runs between the additional air slide and the intake manifold. If the idle drops, the problem is your additional air slide stuck in the open position.
