Rear Diff all locked up

Post by TopCat »

Got a problem with Herman's rear diff

seems all locked up!

The boys are going to get it out soon- presumably being Alpina it has a higher lock up (40%?) LSD and different parts?

And if so where do I find the parts and who is recommneded for rebuilding same if required please?

Sounds like you welded your own diff haha

They're all 25% stock, Alpina never did anything else. But more is possible, just keep in mind that makes em more tricky in the rain unless you go for a 2-way LSD like from OS Giken for example, these respond less aggressive when not under load.
