I'm a new member on this forum, my name is Willem Kapteijn and I am the owner of classicbmwparts.nl
I'm working on a lot of E12 "things" like reproducing of parts that BMW cannot supply anymore. At the moment we are for example working on a repro of the 535i front grill emblem an a repro of the M535i rear bootspoiler. Besides this we work in our spare time at our M535i replica. This car (original a 525) is Polaris with blue interior and has some nice options like rear headrests, a sunroof, central locking etc. The original engine has been removed and a M30B35 with Motronic is fitted. Also a stainless steel exhaust is fitted with an 6-2 spaghetti downpipe. At the moment we are working at the body (front wings, bottom, jacking points). I will post some more later on about the progress of this project.
