Car starts and run's well.
Until it warms up. Then the revs fall and the car stalls all the time.
Could it be warm up regulator or fuel regulator.
Iv'e changed the temp switch.

Check the idle adjustments, especially CO, and check for vacuum leaks.

nope, idle and CO need to be set warm. During the warmup phase the WUR needs to take care of extra fuel and the aux air valve should raise idle rpm.
