pop out windows swap...

Hi, i'm currently trying to swap my rear 1/4 windows from the fixed type to pop out ones but i've only got the windows themselves and 2 broken latches... Are the latches still available new from somewhere? And are they the same as in e30's? Also do I need new rubber inserts? Im guessing my fixed windows rubber wont be any good for the pop out's? Also can someone post a quick guide on to how to remove my original 1/4 windows? And how the latch on the new pop outs should be installed on the car, as I cant seem to see where they attach to... Thx for you help guys
