Yeah, but then you still have to import them. Hardeman is the forums sponsor.
What's standard on the 323i? Would these be much better?

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
yeah, this is a question I also have...
I am interested in upgrading the suspension sometime in the next couple of years: As I feel that time is approaching probably to replace again shocks and springs, I was thinking of thicker arbs front and rear
However, will these fit 1977 car? or are they for later cars?
And also, the question from uwbuurman: Are they any good or will they give a racing but stiffer handling to our cars-especially to road used mainly ones?

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
There is one very important thing to keep in mind: they drastically reduce body roll, but they also add more aggressive response from the axle where it is applied.
A bigger front gets you more understeer, a bigger rear gets you more oversteer. On most cars you'll be fone but especially at a 6 cylinder E21 with borderline balance or rather handling, it can get real tricky.
Haven't experimented with a bigger front on an E21, only on the smaller Alpina spec reinforcement bar which is a mild upgrade.
The adjustable Alpina rear improved the car's overall feel bit I'd be carefull going into extremes there either.

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
jeroen, do you think that this is an agressive kit? i have a m20b20 and i´m going to swap for a m52b28, a little more lighter because of the aluminium block.
My suspension is 51mm front struts with bilstein b8´s modified to coilovers, and adjustable b8´s on rear, with polybushes all over the palce.
also want to get upper strut braces, front and rear. attention, this is not a racing car, but i want to feel it respond like a go kart!

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
Overall that's pretty stiff but not over the top, and these sway bars are a decent step up, adding 1.5-2mm front and rear.
Just wanted to point out that there are downsides to these babies as well that may make things somewhat more tricky, especially in the wet.
But it's always a zillion times better than an E21 on stock suspension and 13" wheels hahaha

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
That's what i thought, and forgot to mencioned, mine has 15" wheels, but i have a set of 13" wheels for track days with semi slicks yokohama's.
The porpose to get that st kit, is to improve the handling, and when ir rains, the car won't leave the garage!
So, it's a nice upgrade, right? Really want to see the handling difference!

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
I am revisiting this post, and re-reading it, it's difficult to decide whether I also need or not these st bars front and rear..
Bilsteins B6 (at the moment) and Apex springs, alpine stress bar together with stock 22mm front and 16mm rear ARBs is my set up. Oh and front (and soon rear) strut bar -don't know if this adds anything however
Next step will be fresh B6/or my current B6 serviced and upgraded/or B8, with Eibach springs, or GAZ coilover, I don't know yet.
Should I also upgrade ARBs to the 25mm/19mm ST ? Car not for track days, but for street fun... Need opinions

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
As stated above, is a better help in reducing body roll than a very stiff suspension setup, and keep some comfort. Based on your stories about the Greek roads you may not want it too stiff or low.

Re: ST swaybars kit 25mm/19mm
So you would rather go for a combination of B6 / H&R or Eibach / and a set of these thicker ARBs (25/19) yes? Or even a bit softer damps?
