I have a 323i, 9/1981, and I'd like to know the ratio of the genuine rear axle drive, with a sport 5 gear box.
3.45 is the correct value ?

3.45 indeed. I have the same setup. Not a relaxed motorway cruiser, but a fast mountain road tool. Fast corners. But over 4000 rpm at 120 km/h. At 195km/h no more revs available.
