1983 323i..........my first e21

Post by steinke »

Well a guy locally was selling this beauty. He has done all the work so far and decided to sell it to work on one of his many other projects. So i grabed it from him to finish.

Two pics of the car from what it looks like today. Soon it will have a new interior and paint :) I will have more pictures as progress is made on the car.

Loads of potential there!! Not to keen on the rear panel - standard one looks much better in my humble opinion! The wheels are really nice to....Nice workshop! Could build myself a real jem with a set-up like that!

Retrobeemer, what you have to remember is that that bmw was fitted probably with those big massive mofo bumpers, therefore the rear panel would have been different/resides back a little, so looks like its been extended to european style with more sheet metal and a bit of weld here and there only with no bumpers :D that car i think would go good as a track car from what it looks like...

nice car mate!!

Ya the US bumpers are freakin huge!!! so the rear bumper may look goofy to you guys but is a large improvement to the americans ;)

Its the red reflective Alpina panel thats not my cup of tea....just my opinion though. The rest of the car is awesome. Thinking of fitting arches onto my racer when I start to build it?

Now i am going to do a red for my paint but i want the smoked headlights and corner like yours. Where did you get them or is it just a film cover?

That looks awesome.

What front spoiler is that. It's a bit dark to see.

Cheers
