Hannah's new E21 (SPE 900X)

Post by Pho21_girl »

Hey everyone, I finally got my own car! Here are a few pics.
Tried fitting the Mims today but failed epically on the big balloon tyres!
(Said to the tyre guy and Tom that it looked a little close, both said nooo it's fineeee, we'll turn the wheel to check though...erm...no ok maybe not fine!)

Looking for all the bits now to do her up, including a cream leather/vinyl interior...any help greatly appreciated!

Drove her home from Preston and she purred like a kitten, with only minor problem being the brakes, which are apparently an easy fix...so a few pics until I get her out in the day for some....

Bonnet needs a re-spray

Trying on the Mims

Wheels coming off...

And eventually going on with different tyres!

The project starts here, think the general plan is cream interior, cream and blue wheels and cream alpina stripes down her so far....

Let me know what you think! (A VERY happy Hannah!) :D

Glad you're all liking the cream! Ben, I haven't even seen yours yet, so hurry it up lol!

Yeah hopefully Tom will have a poke about at Fritz's n see what he can get...for either of the cars...this weekend.

Will get some engine pics up on here too asap, which we have only ourselves looked at briefly in the dark, but looks good...

Tom and Zhan are working on the silversurfer beast as I write this, looks like he'll finally get to drive it home, so now we're down to 2 E21's downstairs again.

Need to sort some tyres out first to put the Mims on, then sort the breaks, will check PM now, ta in advance! :)

Navy blue with cream interior is a very smart combination as far as you're willing to change the door and rear panels too. Cream seats with black door panels don't look as good.
And of course, don't forget to upholster the rear shelf...often forgotten..;) ;) ;)
Anyway, your car looks outstanding as is. Any improvement according to your own taste will be welcome..
Cheers..
