when all is well driving, you park your car up at night, go in, have dinner, then see orange flashes coming from outside. you suddenly realise your small piece of folded paper to hold in the hazard switch has failed.
although....i've had this hazard switch for nearly 3 whole months now, and....it still works! i'm going to use it as little as possible. hopefully once a year for the MOT and that's it.

new ones are quite expensive for what they are. £25 or so IIRC. i tried the fix on the sticky and it worked, but only for a month or 2 so i just got a new one. comes with a warranty as well and it's a 5 minute job to change it.RetroBeemer wrote:I guess I should get one for MOT time. I just bridged the terminals on the back of the switch.
