Re: The Rust Rocket, 2.5i convertion
yeah they're pretty sweet, as i was looking for something as small as possible.
Re: The Rust Rocket, 2.5i convertion
well looks like i'm still on the look out for a 323i fuel pump and fuel return? and i could do with some advise for fitting it
Re: The Rust Rocket, 2.5i convertion
I heard the e30 in tank pump works ok. wiring it up isn't hard, but you need to fit an extra fuel line if the shell isn't a 323i.

Re: The Rust Rocket, 2.5i convertion
the extra fuel line is my biggest problem, probably going to have to get someone who knows what they are doing to do it, cause i have no idea what i'm doing haha.

Re: The Rust Rocket, 2.5i convertion
All you need to do is run a solid fuel line the length of the car. You could even run it internally? I think because it's a return line, it won't be under much pressure either?
Re: The Rust Rocket, 2.5i convertion
yeah i think you run a pressure regulator before it anyway. i'll have a look when i get back at xmas, as i don't even know where it runs from on the engine yet.

Hello,
your car is originally a 320/6? then I wouldn't make such a problem about a returnline, because your car is already fitted with one........

I took the corner at high speed, came in the ditch, drove straight through a garden, flipped over 4 times and then I lost control of my steering-wheel!
Re: The Rust Rocket, 2.5i convertion
its a 320/6 yes, but i thought only injection cars had a returnline?
