After tears of practice I cold do them in about an hour leaving the track contrail arms on the car, the first attempt was few days, what car are that for as polybush would be better and easier to fit on the track car

They're for my orange car Jason. I'm guessing if they took you a couple of days the first time, I would be better getting someone else to do them?

A pair of new complete TCA's are available locally for £100 unless anyone knows somewhere cheaper?

Mark in your new facilities it should be okay, my first attempts i was just not aggressive/equipped to do it fast

my method

car secure on ramps with front wheels

Loop a ratchet strap between the ends of the anti roll bar

drop of the anti roll bar front mounts

anti roll bar rear bolts

pull the arb off using ratchet strap to compress it

then i had a 32mm impact socket which is the perfect size for a drift and a 4lb hammer

2-3 wacks a side and the old bushes are our

Use the dremel to clean up the bush housing, and wipe of grease

then i used a long 10m bolt with some plate steel washers and an large impact socket

basically bolt, washer, then impact socket acting like a cup on the back of the tca with the bolt going through the bush housing, then slide the bush onto the bolt fit another big washer and nut and tighten till the bush is seated in the housing

then refit the arb using the ratchet strap to get it back in

Thanks Jason. Between you and the YouTube vids I've just watched, I reckon I should be able to manage. Famous last words. Anyway, I'm going to have a go tomorrow. Thanks again.

It's not too hard. We got the bar out with a couple of mates and the bushes off with a bit of hammering.
