I don't believe it matters which you use, but one set line up with holes in the metal above so you can actually access them with a socket wrench from above (just remove the back of the rear seat - and possibly a punch through a tiny bit of sound insulation), which makes it far easier to install/uninstall. Also, that same set I think are easier to access with a spanner too.
