How hard is to get a set of Alpina 13" rims?

Are very rare or expensive?

You can still buy them new, but they're pretty expensive!

do these alloys have some sort of stamp that one should look out for to identfy that they r alpina or is it the style that u r refering to. 20 spoke 13"
