ah.. Dave Savage's car.. I wondered when that would pop up. We nearly bought that one of him a month or two back.
Well done, thats a nice car.. very little work needed to make it a tip top specimen.. the carpets and interior don't come any better.
See you at a show sometime then?

thanks - the interior is fantastic. how its kept so well I don't know. I have gone over the car top to bottom - and really can't find anything to do to improve it. The only thing i'm considering is recaro seats, but I can't bring myself to change them with the car being so original.

Well you can always keep the original seats, no need to sell them or anything. But if you've experienced the Recaro seats the stock seats won't be fitted again!

BTW nice car and welcome here!

As a useable car.. it is spot on.. just keep on top of the rusty bits that are beginning to appear through the underseal on the sills.

If you are planning to concours with it drop me a pm.. I'll see if we still have the score sheet that we used to appraise the car when we viewed it

thanks nick - not going to concours it - its going to be a daily driver. the rust on the sills is small but i'm going to treat it well to stop it developing . cheers
