Fuel Tanks, What to do Refurb or Replace?

Well, several hoses are suspect than. Just change them all. It is more common for the rubber to wear out, than it is for the tanks themselve to rot through. Not saying that it doesn't happen....

But, since that sounds like abt halfway, couldn't it be a rusted welding seam as well?
