That's one of the last things I need to do surely? My list is massive and that's only really needed before RTTS...

Just a little bump on how she's doing...
Still waiting on brakes to be fixed so I can drive her finally, also need to do the rear springs.
Methinks Tommi will get around to these at some point in the near future but she probably won't be done before Ace again this month which is a shame.
Get paid on Friday though so can start buying all the random bits she needs for various jobs...and fingers crossed by April she'll be done-ish...cos RTTS is coming up fast!

I've got any manner of hand tools (but not a brake bleeder), a creeper as well, but you're gonna need a decent light source if the work's done in the underground car park.

get a head torch / mechanics lamp.. bring a friend to pump the pedal!

in an undergroud carpark at least you wont have it pissing rain and snow on you..

cant use the underground carpark anymore, the landlord/maintenace company got pissy with me storing cars down there. not a happy bunny.

hopefully its gonna warm up a bit now and i can do the work next door.

basically the issue with the brakes is that if you drive for long periods of time without pushing the brakes the momment you go to brake there is nothing there, once you have pumped once it has full pressure and the brakes are great! i gotta change the 1 way valve to servo first to see if that solves anything.

any idea's welcome but i think its just gotta be the servo if not.

oh and i already have changed the master cylinder with a small increase in brake efficiency but not a lot

Does sound like the non-return valve or servo to me. I guess you could just stick yours in to test?

Keep your fingers crossed its the valve before unbolting the servo. I would guess that the servo is losing the vacuum via the valve and pipe if it then works with a couple of pumps. I know the hoses break down and leak too.
