I have changed my plans about the engine.
It will not be a m20 turbo but a S50B32 M Power.
With a new intake manifold, cams og port&polish on the head it will be around 340-350 hp-thats more than enough.

I dont have the time any longer for turbo cars.
Too mutch garage spending time and less driving.
With the S50 it will be a nice sleeper and also a hell of a car on trackdays.

Imagine 8600 rpm on the S50...

I just received my last parts today and could start mount the engine.

This days fitting was just to adjust the engine mount i have made to get the engine right where i will have it,and it`s getting even 15mm lower i think.

But i think it will be quite nice, I love the look of the M Power engines and the carbon airbox now,and really cant wait hearing this beast starts up

I have fitted it right where i want it now,and the engine is coming out again tomorrow to fit the gearbox and making it fit to the car.
I must cut and rebuilt the gearboxtunnel on the car to fit the 6 gear ZF.

I also get my new Alpina B6 radiator tomorrow and will try it on, so i can order the fan i must have. I also get a new dashboard.

The gearbox almost fit now, need to mount the engine&gear once again to make sure before i weld all together again.
I have had engine&gear in and out of the car 5 times today..

Met another problem today, when i mounted the engine first time and adjusted angles and such,i had a power steering gear on...
Today i changed it to mechanical steering gear, and that was a lot bigger..
But I cut away some of the oil sump pan-problem solved.

I also lowered the engine another 16mm today, now it can`t be any lower without rebuild the hole oil pan or change it to drysump...
Either way i`m going to shorten the pan in the sump,it sticks to low to the ground, need to have i 35mm higher up.

In case anyone wonder-it is a M50 e34 oil pan and oil pick up-the e36 pan does not fit in e21/e30. The S50B32 engine also have two oil pick ups original in the e36,one in front and one in back.
I now have to short in the oil pick up together with the sump.

The Alpina radiator and dash still didden`t show up
