Dinan turbo manifold (it was a rough casting, I had it machined for a T25 flange because it was too small for a T3)
Garrett T25, 60 trim, .80 AR, internal waste gate (from an S13 nissan silvia sr20det)
ebay 12" front mount intercooler
Hallman pro manual boost controller
DSM (eagle talon, plymouth laser) blow off valve
divorced port stainless dump pipe for sr20det
2.5" straight through exaust with side exit
Fuel/ignition system:
Volvo 240 turbo fuel distributor
Volvo 240t boost enriching warm up regulator
Volvo 240t boost retard ignition canister
Porsche 924 turbo (931) air flow meter
VW MK1 stainless fuel lines
Those are the only real mods I did to the fuel system. The stock e21 fuel pump will supply enough for at least 220hp (Jeff Beyer in CA can attest to this with his 2.8L 323i). The volvo fuel distributor is said to top out at 220 hp, but I have to proof of this. I used the Porsche air flow meter because it's downdraft rather than up draft and the outlet was in a perfect location for where I wanted to mount things. The mounting brackets are of course custom.
The volvo 240 turbo WUR has a boost port and a vacuum port. The vacuum port leans the mixture under vacuum and the boost port enriches the mixture under boost. There is of course a check valve on the vacuum port to block boost.
The Volvo 240 turbo ignition canister is a much larger dual port canister that also has a vacuum and a boost port. The boost port retards ignition under boost.
I did modify my WUR to make the control pressures adjustable, but so far haven't had to mess with it. I have more info on that if you want. Once I got the car running all I had to do was fine tune the mixture setting and it has been running great.
..other modifications?
...on how much bost is the turbo set on?Engine modifications?

Re: ..other modifications?
It's a 2.0L with flat top pistons with a 1.8 head. This gives me 7.9:1 CR. The head is ported/polished with a 280 cam. Motor also has a I-J crank scraper, TEP 13 lb lightened flywheel, electric cooling fan, and e12 65mm throttle body.craga wrote:...on how much bost is the turbo set on?Engine modifications?
Fuel system now consists of mercedes benz 6.9L injectors, porcshe 924 turbo air flow meter and fuel distributor. It's boosting at 14 psi and making about 240-250 hp.
